FASHION WEEK PARTY BERLIN

Live large, live fast and live fearlessly whilst reaching out for the ultimate American Dream - POKKETMIXER has decided to make this the theme of the next acclaimed event. The German capital commemorating the 50 years since John F. Kennedy expressed American support towards the West Berlin exclave, POKKETMIXER has recognised and demonstrated through its USA FLAG edition, the fast paced progression of nonaligned contemporary Berlin, while the American ethos "health, wealth and happiness" have almost become a rare vintage item. 

In view of this, 'Asphalt Jungle' has exceptionally designed a gala celebrating the long awaited newest edition of Berlin Fashion Week 2013.  Get your outfits ready, as the three words "dress to impress" will be the most pronounced vocals chanting over the musical makeup delicately being applied to you by New York Electro Banger, Marc-Alan Gray. 

Marc-Alan Gray (alias MAG!) has proven to be as eclectic musically as his travels around the globe; born in NYC during the nostalgic dancing days of the Limelight, Palladium and Studio 54, evidently, the DJ/ Producer is currently based in burgeoning Berlin. Marc-Alan has worked in the studio with members of the Scissor Sisters, The Smiths, Yo Majesty as well as provided remixes for Peaches, M.I.A, Yelle and Princess Superstar. From Le Baron to Le Bain, Flamingo to Fabric, this DJ/producer is known for slaying dance floors for even the most elite events. MAG! will be supported by local talent DJ Noppe, who will be adorning the rhythmic runway with his finest collection of House, Club, Hip-Hop and R&B.

The amount of surprises anticipating your arrival during this event are inexhaustible, starting with a warm welcoming available at your service with the assistance of seductive, yet simpatico, Pan Am Stewardesses! The colour combination of the night is dedicated to the infamous pigments of the prominent American pennant - Red, Blue and White. Adding a touch of glamour to the chromatic equation, is celebrity designer Matthias Maus. From German celebrities Katarina Witt to Frauke Ludowig and US it-girls like Miss Paris Hilton herself, Berlin based luxury designer Matthias Maus has been called upon to garb for the most lavish functions. Maus will be exclusively presenting a fantasised gold revue where his conspicuous creations will be staged both as a 24 carat catwalk production and decorative dance performance. 

An additional contribution for the early birds, a free in our purpose-built Style Lounge distributing Nail Art and limited American themed accessories; no excuses can be accepted from those opting to arrive in a US-free fashion 'faux pas'.
